In 2009, China became the world's largest photovoltaic producer.

However, with the rapid development of the photovoltaic market, Wuxi Suntech's low technology level, backward equipment and production technology can no longer meet the needs of industry development. The business is in difficulty, the production capacity does not match the market demand, and it gradually embarks on the road of decline.
