Product Advantages
●The electrolyte of the 12V 250Ah Solar Battery is a white gel-like substance. It is made of nanoscale material and is effective in suppressing problems such as delamination and short-circuiting of dendrites in lead-acid battery electrolytes. The adsorption of the colloid reduces the supersaturation of PbSO4 and creates loose porosity.
●Inside the colloidal battery, the formation of a dense crystalline layer of PbSO4 is delayed and its coverage on the surface of the negative plate improves the battery's excellent performance even in low temperature environments. In addition, it reduces the current density, obtains lead dioxide with strong bonding, delays the softening of the electrode plate and improves the deep cycling capability of the cell.
●The micro-cracks formed by the shrinkage of the colloid within the solar colloid cell allow oxygen to diffuse from the positive to the negative electrode in the form of a gas phase, enabling oxygen compounding, improving oxygen compounding efficiency and reducing water loss. The colloidal electrolyte does not reduce the battery capacity and can increase the battery life by more than 50% on top of the original battery. Fumed silica is very pure and contains no substances that affect battery performance, with high surface activity and strong gel strength.

Applications
●250Ah colloidal batteries are commonly used in solar systems, outdoor base stations, automotive appliances, radio stations and areas with high frequency power outages. Colloidal batteries have a significantly longer service life than ordinary lead-acid batteries, are less environmentally demanding and can be used in a variety of complex situations.
●Colloidal batteries can also operate at extreme temperatures, the standard data is measured at 25°C. The optimum ambient temperature range for charging and discharging is 20-25°C. Use at low temperatures will shorten the discharge time, use at high temperatures will shorten the life and increase the possibility of thermal runaway. For every 10°C increase above 25°C the battery life is reduced by 50%. When the room temperature is too high, proper ventilation is required to cool the battery or use a temperature monitoring system. Do not charge when the ambient temperature exceeds 45°C as this will cause thermal runaway bulging and leakage failure.
●It should be used in such a way that there are no open flames, sparks or other sources of heat in the vicinity. Use of the battery in direct sunlight scenarios should be avoided in the summer, as well as places that may be submerged in water and completely enclosed areas.
