Product Advantages
●Colloidal battery belongs to a new type of lead-acid battery, the method is to add gelling agent to the sulphuric acid, so that the sulphuric acid electrolyte becomes colloidal. A battery with a gelled electrolyte is usually called a colloidal battery. The difference between colloidal batteries and conventional lead-acid batteries lies in the further development from the initial understanding of the gelling of the electrolyte to a gelled electrolyte and the promotion of the application in the plate grid and active substance.
●The 200Ah Gel Battery has a lower industrial cost than conventional lead-acid batteries. It is heavier, has a higher capacity, loses very little water during use, is maintenance-free and is highly resistant to vibration. It has better high current discharge performance, high low temperature stability and is also greener. The service life is about twice as long as that of conventional lead-acid batteries.

Gel Battery Specification

Certifactions
Our batteries are internationally certified and our products are tested and certified to ensure that our factory products are safe to use.

Applications
●The gel battery is an advanced rechargeable battery with many advantages over traditional forms such as lead-acid batteries. Characterised by their hermetically sealed, flame retardant and often spill-proof polymer design, gel batteries are popular in a variety of applications due to their long life, balance, safety and eco-friendliness. Examples include solar power, emergency lighting and electric vehicles.
●The polymer used to make the gel battery is a non-toxic gel that can operate in almost any geographical location or weather condition. Such batteries are resistant to temperature, shock, vibration and other extreme conditions. In terms of safety, there are virtually no problems with gel batteries. It is non-flammable and almost always non-combustible, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.
●Compared to lead-acid batteries, colloidal batteries typically have a longer service life. They are more able to withstand multiple charge and discharge cycles and retain their full capacity for a longer period of time. Colloidal batteries are highly stable, which makes them ideal for electronic or industrial applications. In addition, they require less maintenance than other rechargeable batteries.
●Gel batteries are becoming increasingly popular in a variety of applications, especially those requiring excellent performance and great durability. With their better safety, longer life and balanced operation, gel batteries are an excellent choice for most applications.
